The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on leading development teams, architecting full-stack applications, and delivering high-quality code.Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust full-stack applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI, and DevOps, to deliver end-to-end solutions. Architect and develop back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Design and implement responsive front-end applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance are maintained. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the team. Work closely with DevOps to streamline continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack technologies. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and back-end RESTful API development. Proficiency in front-end development using Angular, React, or Vue.js. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum. Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Familiarity with containerization and serverless architectures. Experience in handling large-scale enterprise applications.
