| From: Mohd Niyaz, sibitalent [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Client: Westlake Chemical Role: SAP PPQM Consultant Length: 6 month potential to convert, so must be able to convert Location: Onsite 3 days per week FORMAL HR JOB DESCRIPTION: Technical & Industry Experience 7 or more years of hands-on SAP configuration and implementation experience Current hands-on configuration experience with SAP version, primarily S4 , secondary SAP ECC 6.0 Subject matter expert in the Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules for Forecast to Plan (F2P), Plan to Produce (P2P), and Inspect to Quality (I2Q) processes for Westlakes Process and Discrete Manufacturing Sites Experience with PP-QM Master Data: Material Master, Bill of Material, Resource, Work Center, Routing, Master Recipe, Production Version Expertise with Physical Inventory; Capacity Planning; Repetitive Manufacturing; Production Orders; Process Orders; and Quality Notifications Working experience with third party software applications that interface to SAP including Planning Systems (e.g., Arkieva, Kinaxis, PlanetTogether, and AspenTech SCM and Quality Management LIMS Systems (e.g., Sample Manager, Lab works, Thermofisher) are a major plus Working knowledge on tools like, SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA, Zephyr Experience with and an understanding of the SAP PPQM modules integration points with the Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial and Controlling (FICO) and Project System (PS) modules Collaborate with stakeholders to define, configure, design, and implement SAP PPQM solutions according to the organization's unique business requirements.
