Roadmap and Backlog: Maintains the ServiceNow demand backlog and ServiceNow platform roadmap. Team Leadership: Provides strategic direction and mentorship to developers and architects fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions and alignment with business requirements. Technical Oversight: Provides technical oversight and guidance on the ServiceNow platform ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory compliance, and platform best practices. Vendor Management: Evaluates and manages relationships with service providers and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs, contractual agreements, and service level agreements. Platform Licensing: Manages the ServiceNow platform licensing. Risk Management: Assessment and mitigation of risks related to infrastructure, security vulnerabilities, data privacy, and compliance requirements, implementing robust controls and protocols. Continuous Learning: Stays abreast of platform releases and new functionalities, emerging trends, technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the organizations ServiceNow platform strategy.
