Figma, basic UX dev skllls/ Qualifications: Bachelors degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.  experience in UX design for enterprise applications. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications for design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with responsive and mobile design principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
