Vendor Management: Evaluates and manages relationships with service providers and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs, contractual agreements, and service level agreements. Platform Licensing: Manages the ServiceNow platform licensing. Risk Management: Assessment and mitigation of risks related to infrastructure, security vulnerabilities, data privacy, and compliance requirements, implementing robust controls and protocols. Continuous Learning: Stays abreast of platform releases and new functionalities, emerging trends, technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the organizations ServiceNow platform strategy. Budget Management: Develops and manages budgets for ServiceNow platform support and projects, optimizing resource allocation and expenditures to maximize ROI while maintaining financial discipline.
