Title: Databricks Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC (4 Days onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Requirements: Databricks Consultant Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data solutions using Databricks, Spark, and related technologies. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements. Develop and optimize ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation. Monitor and maintain performance and reliability of Databricks workflows. Create and manage data models and data lakes within the Databricks environment. Provide technical guidance and best practices for using Databricks and Apache Spark. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and optimize existing data processes. Conduct training sessions for team members on Databricks functionalities and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related role. Strong experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and big data technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
