The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and converting reports to meet business requirements and improve data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) based on business requirements. Convert existing reports from legacy or other reporting tools to SSRS, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize and fine-tune existing SSRS reports for better performance and usability. Ensure that all reports meet organizational standards for data quality, performance, and design. Provide support and troubleshooting for report-related issues and implement enhancements as needed. Document report specifications, development processes, and user guides for end-users. Must-Have Skills: SSRS Report Writing: Extensive experience in creating and modifying SSRS reports, including the use of complex queries, expressions, and data visualizations. Report Conversion: Proven ability to convert reports from other platforms or older versions into SSRS while maintaining functionality and design integrity. SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
