Job Title: Sr IT Lab Systems Analyst Location: Onsite - North Billerica MA 01862 (moving to Bedford MA late 2024 or early 2025.) Duration: 6 months contract + possibility of converting perm Interview: phone interview with TA and 1 in-person interview with the hiring manager USC/GC Only- Must Have: Labvantage / Empower / NuGenesis Job Description The candidate must have experience with the LIMS LabVantage which is a subset of LabWare, but LabVantage specific is required. They will also need experience with Empower and NuGenesis. The candidate will work closely with the Principal IT SA in configuring, troubleshooting and problem solving. When the machines/lab instruments need to be moved to the Bedford location, the candidate will assist with boot-ups, setting up the network, etc... Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Support Daily Lab Operations Technologies Possess a strong understanding of Lab IT Technologies/operations such as LIMS, CDS, and other Lab systems Write/Maintain IT System Administration and Maintenance SOPs Develop/Maintain Technology Data Analytics and Dashboards Gather, develop, clarify, and document functional/user business requirements Transform the users requirements into functional requirements Experience working with Lab systems, preferably LabVantage, Empower, NuGenesis, etc. Collaborate with Technology System Owners, Business Owners and Project Managers on issues, concerns, schedules of deliveries and completion estimates and execution Experience working in GxP validated environments supporting/executing validation requirements Skills and Experience and Education BA/BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with 2-5 years progressive experience in a Technology discipline Experience in the following areas preferred: QC Lab Systems, Computer Systems Validation, GxP, Validated Change Control and Product Life Cycle Management. Understanding of Computer Systems Validation and the Software Life Cycle management Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizations. Experience in the life science industry or like industry essential Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
