Experience configuring low-code environments, preferably with PEGA software. Proficient in SQL and data analysis for validating decisioning logic. Experience with API development and management. Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field, or 3+ years of relevant technical experience in Marketing Technology. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Hands-on experience with marketing database and orchestration technologies (Adobe, AWS, Pega, Tableau, PowerApps, PowerAutomate). Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions like v-lookups and h-lookups. Experience with programming languages (e.g., C, Java, Python) and logic development. Knowledge of retail or call center CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, Clarify) and how offers are presented within them. Proficiency in reading and understanding XML and JSON transactions, particularly for API simulations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, IT). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change quickly. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions. Experience automating workflows in SharePoint using PowerAutomate and creating forms in PowerApps. Top 5 Skills: Strong business communication skills Low-code environment configuration (PEGA preferred) SQL proficiency API development Tableau/PowerBI/PowerApps/PowerAutomate skills Key Responsibilities: Create smart attributes and tag customer bases to deliver personalized offers at the appropriate touchpoints. Translate marketing offer strategies into decisioning logic based on customer attributes and intent. Develop and maintain decisioning logic, adhering to development standards for ongoing changes. Write, distribute, and execute test cases for various marketing offer strategies. Maintain and execute regression testing of decisioning systems to ensure ongoing quality and performance. Utilize SQL to pull data from various platforms (Palantir, Vertica, Teradata, Snowflake, Databricks) for data analysis and validation of decisioning logic. Track offer performance using Tableau, identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with team members to improve the decisioning platform and governance process. Document process flows for decisioning logic changes and maintain these records in SharePoint and project management tools. Present consolidated information and insights to senior management in a clear and concise manner. Understand and communicate business requirements to technology teams, ensuring alignment between systems delivery and business needs. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for decisioning system changes implemented by the IT team.
