This role will focus on developing and maintaining decisioning logic to support Marketing strategies. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, translating Marketing offer strategies into effective decisioning logic while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is fully remote with occasional travel, providing flexibility for working hours. Top 5 Required Skills: Business Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership. Low-Code Configuration (PEGA Preferred): Experience configuring decisioning logic in low-code environments, preferably with knowledge of PEGA software. SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills to analyze and validate decisioning logic and pull relevant data for analysis. API Development: Experience with API development to simulate decisioning logic and validate logic execution through XML/JSON transactions. Business Intelligence Tools (Preferred): Experience using Tableau, PowerBI, PowerApps, or PowerAutomate for reporting, process automation, and decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in Marketing Technology or a related technical role. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, decisioning logic development, and testing. Proficiency with marketing databases, digital tools, and orchestration technologies such as Adobe, AWS, and PEGA. Solid understanding of Retail or Call Center CRM systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce). Experience with Agile methodology and business requirements documentation. Knowledge of XML/JSON transactions to validate decisioning logic through API requests. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, or Python is preferred. Experience automating workflows in SharePoint using PowerAutomate and creating forms in PowerApps. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
