| Job Title : Ui/UX Developer Location : NYC Hybrid 3 days a week Duration : Long term contract Note : Looking for consultants with 10+ Years of Experience and only Independent visas like USC and GC. Locals to New York Responsibilities: Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React. Implement UI components using modern JavaScript libraries, including React.js, Redux, or similar. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience. Work closely with designers to ensure consistency between the design and implementation. Troubleshoot and debug UI issues to enhance application performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development practices. Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Experience with version control systems like Git. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with user-centered design processes, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices (WCAG). Knowledge of UI performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility. Nice to Have: Experience with Redux, GraphQL, or TypeScript. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of animation libraries like Framer Motion or React Spring.
