From: sankar, oceanblue [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Epic Analyst- Revenue Cycle Applications Coordinator - HB/PB/claims Analyst Duration: 6-Month Location: Fully Remote (Preference for candidates in EST or CST time zones) Note: Dayton Children's cannot hire or convert candidates who reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, or New York. Overview: The Epic Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and participating in various aspects of systems analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of the Epic system at Dayton Children's. This role requires a deep understanding of hospital workflows, processes, policies, and business operations. The analyst will play a key role in planning future workflows and enhancements, managing change requests, and working with users to ensure efficient system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to Epic software. Coordinate and manage change requests and enhancement requests from users and stakeholders. Plan and participate in the pilot and full implementations of new Epic features, incorporating user feedback and requests. Maintain a detailed working knowledge of the Epic system and its relationship to other enterprise information systems. Provide and coordinate Epic training for users. Education & Experience: Required: Associate's degree from an accredited program (Bachelors preferred). 1-2 years of experience working with Epic systems, particularly in Revenue Cycle management (HB/PB/Claims/Router). Epic Revenue Cycle Certification in HB/PB/Claims/Router. Strong computer, customer service, and communication skills. Preferred: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
