The client has invested significant capital and technology into systems that manage MA Data. These systems will be replicated and delivered to their divestiture partner as part of their agreement. These systems contain technology that manages data, code sets, APIs and crosswalks that Cigna Group still wants to utilize even after the divesture. Technical Lead (Software Engineering Sr Advisor) is needed to oversee the successful replication including testing, configuration and installation to ensure the replication is ready to hand over to partner. Will need to be knowledge and with Advisory level skills regarding Data movement, Data integration including ETL tools and processes, Collibra data governance tool (specifically Collibra Data Intelligence with Workflows written in Groovy syntax), Oracle or similar RDMS (Stored Procedures written in PL/SQL) and Python Scripts (how data is moved in and out of the database) Will interact and represent the team with high-level business stakeholders, divestiture partner and IT leadership presenting status updates, demos and other duties as needed to support this program Will act as the technical lead working with engineers and 3rd party partners to completion Will partner with Scrum Master and follow agile ceremonies, act as a mentor to mid- and lower-level analysts representing the Data and Analytics Release Train Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify Data management solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives Keywords: information technology green card procedural language Idaho Massachusetts NO H1B :: Urgent Requirement || Data and Analytics Technical Lead|| CT Local Only || USC GC EAD ONLY :: Lead Exp Needed [email protected] |
