Job Title: Onbase Engineer Type: 3mon Contract (with possible conversion to FTE) Location: Denton, TX (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) Visa: USC/GC Candidates Job Description: Responsibilities: Experience developing and maintaining on enterprise level ECM systems including but not limited to - OnBase/ SharePoint or similar ones Strong experience with configuring, designing developing, and maintaining complex Workflows with proficiency on Workflow architecture, forms, import/export, security and role-specific needs for high performing solutions and interoperability. Expertise Form design for optimal user experience. Strong understanding of Document and image import process with Advance capture or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing systems. Expertise on reporting using available toolsets. In-depth knowledge of relational database concepts and design principles, and hands-on development experience using SQL, PL/SQL, and/or NoSQL. Hands-on experience with ECM integration and/or reporting. Experience writing and using Application Programming Interfaces (API)s in application development Proficiency in understanding architecture, security models and role-specific needs for high performing solutions. Experience and understanding of solution structure and comprehensive, proactive administration capability. Ability to identify, troubleshoot and efficiently resolve issues and bugs using best practices. Expertise for solution optimization, expansion and upgrades. Experience of System administration. Awareness of software development and project management methodologies and best practices from requirements gathering through quality assurance. Strong written and oral communication skills (including ability to present ideas in user- friendly, business-friendly and technical language) and interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, including ability to anticipate, identify, and solve critical problems. Ability to build effective relationships and strong commitment to working collegially and collaboratively with constituents at all levels in a diverse and distributed environment. Ability to use a personal computer and other office equipment, including related university software and email. Required Skills: MINIMUM of 3-4 years working in OnBase ECM system -- with a total of 5+ years as a developer. Knowledge is SDLC and project Management knowledge. Proficient with admin work and creating workflow from scratch and making adjustments to existing work flows. Programming language desired: OnBase has its own proprietary solution, SQL is needed and single sign on and AD for MFA, ASP is helpful, and any .Net languages. Good at software development and at trouble shooting issues. Need to be good at trouble shooting and take requirement and build a business processes. (could be flexible here). Experience in OnBase Software Development Kit. Strong knowledge of automation using business process and Workflows. They will need strong experience in OnBase product to develop new workflows and have workflow tool. Strong Skills in APIs for integrations in OnBase Nice To Have: Any DevOps experience is a big plus. If they have exposure to Sharepoint or PowerApps this will add value. Architecture level experience is a plus, but they do need someone that has some exposure. OnBase Certification plus (if they do not have degree it is required). Higher Ed Background.
