The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including a strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and eCommerce platforms. This role will primarily focus on architecting and delivering scalable solutions within Sales Cloud and CPQ while integrating with other Salesforce products. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and CPQ. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Lead the design and development of integrations with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and eCommerce platforms. Provide technical expertise and leadership in Salesforce best practices, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Customize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and business logic to streamline sales processes and improve productivity. Work closely with stakeholders to optimize and enhance the Sales Cloud and CPQ experience for users. Lead data migration efforts, ensuring smooth transitions between systems and optimizing data integrity. Support and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure the solution architecture adheres to industry standards and aligns with Salesforce governance and best practices. Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and technologies, evaluating and recommending new solutions as appropriate. Qualifications: 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ. Proven experience architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) are a plus. Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, including flows, process builder, and Apex development. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design technical solutions for complex business needs. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and applications. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team. Ability to work within EST time zone business hours.
