JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: SAP Basis Administrator Location: Remote Experience: 12+ years Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Administrator with 12+ years of experience in SAP systems administration and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP landscapes, system upgrades, migrations, and cloud integration with expertise in S/4 HANA, AWS, and SAP Cloud Platform (BTP). Key Responsibilities: Install, upgrade, and support SAP landscapes, including S/4 HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BW, and Fiori. Perform SAP system administration, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and daily health checks. Implement and support cloud migrations using AWS and SAP Cloud Platform (BTP). Manage and configure SAP systems across different environments (on-prem and cloud) including security, backup, and disaster recovery. Configure and manage Transport Management System (TMS) and Solution Manager. Perform database administration for Oracle, DB2, and HANA, including backups, restores, and performance tuning. Perform kernel upgrades, support pack installations, and enhancement pack upgrades. Work with functional teams to configure and support SAP Gateway, Fiori Launchpad, and system integrations. Perform role designing, user administration, and support for SOX compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
