LOCAL Candidate required Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement identity, access control, and governance solutions for a secure environment. Produce high-quality technical and process documentation. Provide advanced engineering support to automate IAM and compliance across all enterprise systems. Guide IAM best practices and ensure proper design and implementation in both on-premise and cloud environments. Define technical solutions based on business problems and requirements. Contribute to team objectives to drive business improvements and efficiency. Lead complex technical projects and mentor junior team members. Cross-train and collaborate with the larger InfoSec team and organizational peers. Serve as a technical SME, offering architectural insight and mentoring others. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in IAM architecture and best practices. Expertise in Delinea, Azure, SailPoint, AWS, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and SQL Server. Proficiency in scripting languages , HTML, and API technologies. Hands-on experience implementing IAM solutions, with strong knowledge of SDLC best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent written/verbal communication and time management abilities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred: Experience in process design and improvement.
