Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Kanban Coach in organizations committed to Lean-Agile principles. Certifications such as LeanKanban Universitys TKP, Scrum.orgs PSM, or Scrum Alliances CSM. Experience guiding Lean/Agile teams in the context of Enterprise Risk and Security services. Willingness to receive and act on constructive feedback with a growth mindset. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in virtual environments (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Strong time management skills, with an ability to prioritize issues and determine when action is required. Ability to dive into details when necessary and ask probing questions to clarify challenges. Top 5 Must-Haves: Experience standing up new teams. Combining Agile with structured processes. Proficiency in using Rally. Strong dependency management skills.
