Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, R, Python) and experience conducting statistical procedures. Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools to create clear, actionable insights. Strong understanding of epidemiological methods, study design, and the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and provide training to others. Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Knowledge of trauma data and experience querying trauma databases like the Indiana Trauma Registry is highly desirable. Experience with health care databases is preferred. Knowledge of relational database design, data warehouse techniques, and dimensional modeling. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of database administration, system software, communication, storage management, and capacity planning. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with health care or trauma-related databases. Demonstrated ability to lead strategically in data-driven projects and initiatives.
