| From: Sampath Goud, Metasys Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] E&IC Engineer Muskegon, MI (onsite) 12+Month Contract As an E&IC Engineer, you'll provide crucial onsite support for commissioning and startup activities related to instrumentation and electrical systems in a manufacturing plant. Your role involves troubleshooting and supporting a range of instrumentation, including temperature, pressure, level, and flow systems, as well as VFDs and Profibus communication protocols. Experience with DCS systems like DeltaV and PLC systems from vendors such as Rockwell is essential. Client is looking for a problem solver with hands-on experience in automation and controls within processed-based industries. Responsibilities- Performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of instrument application, operation and of the electrical and mechanical principles involved in repair, testing and calibration Develop electrical systems design narratives, technical studies, and reports. Present technical briefings to management, program officials, and technical staff. Adhere to all safety standards and practices. Create and deliver concise technical summary reports to customers. Prepare and present design reviews for internal and external customers. Ensure best design practices are followed and drive process improvements. Facilitate and ensure the quality of the project deliverables. Skills- Proactive mindset. Comfortable with debugging and instructing others in how-to debug. Natural problem solver with leadership capabilities and consulting experience. Skilled in writing protocols and collaboration. Demonstrated skill with scripting and test automation. Mentor, guide and support junior team members. Drive for innovation and continuous improvement. Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to make the most of available time. Qualifications Understanding of a Pharma/Biotech environment.
