Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on SWIFT messaging standards (MT) and ISO 20022, advising teams on best practices for payment processing and messaging compliance. Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline. Collaborate with senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth migration and minimal disruption to payment services. Act as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring all messaging and payment solutions meet both technical and business requirements. Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization, to drive progress in migration initiatives.
