From: Akash Sharma, Tekinspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Manufacturing & Supply Chain Location: Onsite - Irvine, CA NEED LINKEDIN NEED Local- must be within 2 hrs Interview - 2 video 1 onsite interview (medical device manufacturing) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems (IS) department. In this role, you will implement and support Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications across various sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain core Oracle applications and ensure effective integrations with external systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize Agile Development (Scrum) methodology to identify functionality and performance gaps, breaking down high-level information into epics and user stories. - Implement and support Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, ASCP, MRP, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing. - Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to understand their needs and assist in prioritizing stories in Jira. - Collaborate with the ERP Business Systems Analyst team to create Solution Designs and configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements. - Act as a liaison between business partners, stakeholders, and development resources, integrating other critical systems with EBS. - Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user stories, training materials, and configuration documents, ensuring compliance with SOX and FDA regulations. - Work with the Quality Compliance team to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and develop operational procedures and work instructions. **Minimum Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with expertise in Oracle EBS version 12.x or higher, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain planning. - Significant experience in discrete manufacturing environments. - Proven track record in full-life cycle implementations. - Ability to configure Inventory, BOM, WIP, ASCP, MRP, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing modules according to business needs. - Experience integrating PLM systems with parts and assemblies. - Strong skills in writing epics and user stories to document business requirements and technical considerations. - Familiarity with basic SQL queries and data manipulation in Oracle EBS. - Experience in user acceptance testing and collaboration with other BSAs on integrated solutions. - Proficient in Agile methodologies and Scrum environments. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, and experience with Microsoft Visio for process flows. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various business teams (Quality Compliance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance). - Capable of managing multiple projects/tasks, meeting deadlines, and performing well under pressure. - Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Strong team player willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence. - Background in SOX-audited environments and knowledge of FDA and international regulatory processes. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements for computer system validations. - Effective communicator capable of engaging with all organizational levels. **Education:** - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
