Role: Network Architect 5G Radio Access Network Location: Seattle, WA Onsite Duration: 6+ months Job description: 5+ years of experience in network architecture design with a focus on telecom and mobile networks. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with 5G technologies and infrastructure. Proven experience in SDN/NFV, cloud computing, and virtualized network functions. Experience with network slicing, MEC, and IoT integration in a 5G context. Expertise in 5G core network architecture and RAN (Radio Access Network) elements. Strong knowledge of IP networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), routing, and switching. Proficiency in SDN, NFV, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Deep understanding of telecom standards and protocols (e.g., 3GPP, LTE, NR, IMS, VoLTE, VoNR). Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and network orchestration platforms (ONAP, OSM). Experience with AI/ML-driven network optimization. Familiarity with Open RAN (ORAN) architecture and solutions. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CCIE, or equivalent certifications in networking or telecom. 5G-specific certifications from leading telecom equipment manufacturers (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei)."
