Title: SAP Enterprise Architect Location: San Diego, CA Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred. Overview We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions for our clients in the Energy and Utilities sector. You will be responsible for defining and aligning the enterprise architecture vision and strategy with the business goals and objectives of our clients. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, solution architects, project managers, and developers, to ensure the alignment and integration of the enterprise architecture across the domains of business, data, application, and technology. Responsibilities Define and maintain the enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies, and best practices for the Energy and Utilities sector. Analyze the current state and future state of the enterprise architecture and identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture roadmap and transition plan to achieve the desired business outcomes and capabilities. Provide guidance and direction to the solution architects and project teams on the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture solutions. Review and approve the solution architecture deliverables and ensure the compliance with the enterprise architecture framework and governance. Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies to support the enterprise architecture solutions. Facilitate the collaboration and coordination among the enterprise architecture stakeholders and communities of practice. Monitor and assess the performance and impact of the enterprise architecture solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of SAP Utilities experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities sector, with exposure to distribution, transmission, substation, and gas domains. Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise architecture solutions for large and complex projects. Strong knowledge and experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Data, AI/ML initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
