Job Title: Senior SAP ABAP Developer with MDG Experience Duration: Till the end of December 2024 Location: Remote with occasional travel to onsite/Florida We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP MDG Data Services, MDG Forms, MDG Workflow, and a variety of other key SAP technologies. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to onsite locations as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and enhance MDG Data Services, MDG Forms, and MDG Workflows to ensure effective management and governance of master data. - Utilize advanced ABAP programming techniques, including OOPS ABAP, to create and modify applications, reports, and interfaces in alignment with MDG requirements. - Develop and maintain interfaces using IDOC, SOAP, REST, OData, and RFC to ensure seamless data integration and communication across systems. - Implement and customize SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. - Utilize Floor Plan Manager and Web Dynpro ABAP for the development of complex UI applications and forms. - Configure and manage Rule-Based Workflows, MDG BADIs, BRF+, Classes, and methods to support efficient business processes. - Implement and optimize data replication techniques to ensure accurate and timely data synchronization across systems. - Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other developers to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development processes, enhancements, and customizations. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer, with a significant focus on SAP MDG. - Strong knowledge of SAP MDG Data Services, MDG Forms, MDG Workflow, MDG OOPS ABAP, and MDG BADIs. - Proficiency in CDS Views, IDOC, SOAP, REST, OData, RFC, and Fiori. - Experience with Floor Plan Manager, Web Dynpro ABAP, and custom UI development. - Experience in Rule-Based Workflow configurations and BRF+. - Knowledge of data replication techniques and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and occasionally travel to onsite locations. Preferred Skills: - SAP S/4HANA experience. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
