Palo Alto Administration Job summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager and a background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering impactful results. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required. Experience/trained on HP Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager Upgrades and configurations to support NAC Support team on maintaining all NAC support activities. System level configuration (like Clustering, licensing, device insight, certificate management, upgrade, downgrade, Reporting etc) Knowledge of RADIUS Experience working with Redhat Linux Experience working with 802.1x NAC Experience in networking design and concepts to include TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewalls, virtual route forwarding and VLANs. Active Directory/LDAP Experience Experience with firewall technologies: Cisco, Checkpoint Required Skills: Hands on experience on HP Aruba ClearPass. Experience with one of the firewall technologies: Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, FortiGate Hands on experience on any ticketing tool Hands on experience on reporting Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Provide technical expertise in Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager to ensure seamless integration and operation within the project scope. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time. - Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and seeking input when needed. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, particularly in relation to Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager. - Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortems, to ensure clear communication and alignment. - Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively. - Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, developing contingency plans as needed. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. - Utilize domain expertise in Finance & Accounting to provide valuable insights and recommendations for project success. - Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date for future reference and audit purposes.
