| Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Hiring: ServiceNow Platform Tech Lead Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid (3 days onsite) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Tech Lead to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will lead large-scale ServiceNow engagements, working closely with C-Suite executives, enterprise architects, and product owners. Your expertise will help shape the platform's future through innovative solutions and strategic platform architecture. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Apps) Interact with clients, enterprise architects, and product owners on platform-level discussions Architect and design complex solutions using ServiceNow best practices and standards Oversee platform roadmap discussions, ensuring optimal architecture without base code customizations Develop innovative solutions to simplify customer service operations Maintain deep expertise in ServiceNow s capabilities, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, App Engine, and more Guide and mentor the team on ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery Support DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines to enhance platform efficiency Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow for greater business impact Provide engaging presentations and lead discussions with key stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience managing large ServiceNow engagements, platform-level architecture, and domain separations Strong technical understanding of ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM, and related ServiceNow modules Familiarity with ServiceNow's core features (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Mobile Apps) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively Excellent communication and presentation skills A passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing Thanks and Regards, Reema Kumari Encore Consulting Services, Inc.
