SAP Service Delivery Manager (Manufacturing Industry)

Job Description:

To manage application support and maintenance operations to the satisfaction of the customer and meeting the agreed service levels and within the cost budgeted for providing the support.

(1.) To define and implement clear service level agreements (SLAs) for support operations.

(2.) Identify opportunities to enhance project profitability and margins through efficient resource allocation and cost-effective strategies.

(3.) Ensure process effectiveness and continual service improvement

(4.) To develop and execute comprehensive project plans, define success criteria, implement effective risk management and mitigation strategies.

(5.) To act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, (development, sales, and marketing) to drive integrated and successful project outcomes.

(6.) To guide and coach a team of support specialists, empowering them through trainings and managing their performance.

Required: 

10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLAs

End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)

Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with ASM projects.

Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology

Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team,

Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.

Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem

Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
