Reach me at [email protected]) if you want to apply for the below role: Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno Functional Location: Remote Type : Long Term Contract Job Description/ Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows Candidates should have prior Oracle HR Cloud implementation and Payroll consulting experience Roles and Responsibilities: - Experience working in HCM Cloud payroll module and Technical tools including end to end Payroll processing - Payroll functional and or technical consultants who has strong knowledge on config extension and payroll related fast formulas - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities - Keen attention to detail - Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality - Identify gaps and develop technical solutions as per requirements - Support clients with the execution of test scripts - Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis Top 3 skills required for this role: 1. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional configuration & end to end business process 2. Payroll related Fast Formulas 3. Client & stakeholder management With 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in OC HCM Approval Workflow, Oracle Cloud HCM Security, OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula, OC HCM Fun-Core HR, and Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of geospatial data analysis and its application in human capital management. Required Skills : Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll,OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula,Oracle Cloud HCM Security,OC HCM Fun-Core HR,OC HCM Approval Workflow Lead the analysis and interpretation of geospatial data to support human capital management initiatives. Oversee the implementation and optimization of OC HCM Approval Workflow processes. Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM Security to ensure data integrity and compliance. Develop and maintain OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula to streamline HR operations. Manage OC HCM Fun-Core HR functionalities to enhance employee management systems. Administer Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into HR analytics. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in HCM systems. Design and implement data visualization tools to present geospatial insights effectively. Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices in geospatial data analysis and HCM tools. Monitor industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. - Ensure all geospatial analysis aligns with the companys strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for geospatial data management. Qualifications Possess a strong background in OC HCM Approval Workflow with proven experience. Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Security to safeguard sensitive information. Have extensive experience with OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula for efficient HR processes. Show proficiency in OC HCM Fun-Core HR to support comprehensive employee management. Exhibit knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll for accurate payroll administration. Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Geography, Computer Science, or Human Resources. Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex geospatial challenges. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Be adept at using data visualization tools to convey geospatial insights. Stay updated with the latest developments in geospatial technology and HCM systems. Work collaboratively in a hybrid work model to achieve team goals. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
