Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with product managers, the engineering team, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Build, design, and develop high-performance back-end components using Java/Kotlin and related frameworks. Ensure the scalability and performance of code by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient solutions. Meet project milestones within defined timelines, delivering on short-term objectives in an efficient manner. Conduct peer reviews to uphold high-quality coding standards and contribute to a collaborative development environment. Requirements 5+ years of programming experience with a modern stack. Expertise in Java, Spring, AWS, Kotlin and PostgreSQL, Kubernetes. Strong grasp of relational databases and ORMs. Microservices architecture experience. Experience with CI/CD systems and GIT. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience scaling mission-critical, highly available systems. Full-stack knowledge in areas like systems (Kafka, Temporal, Docker), databases (DynamoDB), or front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript, React). Previous experience in B2B development.
