Position: Oracle Hyperion Consultant Application Development & Tech Support Duration of Assignment: 6-12 month contract (conversion or extension) Job/Location: Fremont, CA (HYBRID) JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will work as a technical support engineer on the Oracle Hyperion products suite. The candidate should have a solid experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, Planning, Essbase, DRM/EDMCS and FDMEE. Minimum of 10+ years of Application development and Support experience in Hyperion EPM version 11 or above within a Fortune 500 company is required The technologies being used in the current engagement are Oracle Hyperion EPM (EPBCS), Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), FDMEE/ODI, Essbase Studio, SmartView, IBM Cognos Command Center is a must Works closely and collaborates with Oracle global support to resolve Customer's SRs. Works with various functions within Business user groups to ensure RCA is complete and incidents SLAs are met Triage and resolve user support issues.
