The ideal candidate will have at least 7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, focusing on building and supporting complex Salesforce environments. This role involves data modeling, integration, and ensuring efficient operation of the Salesforce platform. The Senior Developer will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce programming and provide leadership and mentorship when called upon. Required Skills - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. Extensive experience with Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of data modeling and Salesforce integrations. Experience with Salesforce security models and best practices. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., SFDX, GIT, CI/CD). Job Duties - Custom Development: Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components. Experience Cloud Expertise: Work extensively on Experience Cloud to configure, customize, and optimize external-facing portals and communities. Data Modeling: Design and implement scalable data models that support the businesss data requirements. Integration: Consume and provide data through remote call-in integrations and batch jobs. Callout Frameworks: Develop frameworks for callouts, using tools like Continuations for asynchronous processes. Technical Leadership: Serve as the go-to SME for Salesforce development, providing technical guidance to the team. Mentorship: Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers, offering troubleshooting assistance and technical leadership when called upon. Code Quality & Standards: Ensure code quality by following best practices and performing code reviews. Automation & Optimization: Use Flows and Triggers to automate and optimize workflows. Job Requirements - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. Extensive experience with Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of data modeling and Salesforce integrations. Experience with Salesforce security models and best practices. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., SFDX, GIT, CI/CD). Desired Skills & Experience - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Experience Cloud Consultant. Experience with Salesforce Shield, Mulesoft, or Heroku.
