Role: Data Analyst I Act as a business operation rep to manage billing, reporting, and wireless account management. Create, update and manage financial information and monitor financial health within Connectivity Business Domain Staying abreast of service implementation and business operation status, keep clients up to date with their connectivity service status. Support/ coordinate/ facilitate new business proposals. Support offer development and contracts creation/negotiation with client companies as well as with related vendors. These contracts are extensive enterprise agreements covering licensing, development, maintenance, and other IT related responsibilities. Support development and management of forecast model including, but not limited to, wireless data usage and cost based on new services and vehicle volume. Support development and management of customer pricing model align with company's strategic direction. Activities related to Connectivity Service Development includes, but not limited to: Work with business stakeholders to understand/evaluate business requirements and translate them to system requirements specifications that will serve as input for development. Work with Principal Engineer/development team/vendor technical team to come up with business impact analysis for new initiatives.
