Proficiency in Linux and Red Hat systems. Experience with monitoring tools and practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Responsibilities: Provide application support and maintenance for in-house systems. Monitor and troubleshoot issues using the Monitor Interface (MEP) and Arcana. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of applications. Utilize expertise in Linux and Red Hat environments to resolve technical issues. Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring solutions.
