| POWER BI DEVELOPER REMOTE NEED USC,GC,GC-EAD,H4-EAD,H1B NEED TO SHARE THE PPNo NEED TO HAVE RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS (E.G., MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: POWER BI DEVELOPER ASSOCIATE). We are seeking a seasoned Power BI Senior Advisory Consultant to lead complex business intelligence projects, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver exceptional client value. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Advisory: 1. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop Power BI strategies. 2. Conduct workshops, assessments, and health checks to identify improvement opportunities. 3. Develop and present actionable recommendations to clients. Solution Architecture: 1. Design and implement scalable, efficient Power BI solutions. 2. Lead data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL design. 3. Ensure data quality, security, and governance. Implementation & Delivery: 1. Lead Power BI implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. 2. Collaborate with clients to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. 3. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions. Thought Leadership: 1. Stay up-to-date with Power BI roadmap, features, and best practices. 2. Develop and maintain intellectual property (IP) related to Power BI. 3. Contribute to industry publications, blogs, and speaking engagements. Mentorship & Leadership: 1. Mentor junior consultants and developers. 2. Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 3. Contribute to knowledge sharing and community development. Business Development: 1. Identify new business opportunities, developing proposals and pitches. 2. Collaborate with sales teams to close deals. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors. Requirements: Technical Skills: 1. 8+ years of experience with Power BI, including: - Power BI Desktop - Power BI Service - Power BI Embedded - DAX - M - Power Query 2. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL. 3. Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms. Soft Skills: 1. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects. Education: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Developer Associate). Nice to Have: 1. Experience with Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, or other cloud/data platforms. 2. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance. 3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
