Kindly review the following job requirements and inform me if you are interested Job Role: Oracle Fusion Project Manager Interview Mode: Phone and Skype Duration: 6 Months CTH Location: Greater Minneapolis, MN - Onsite Visa: USC/GC only Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with Oracle EBS implementation or Oracle Fusion. Proven track record of managing full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations (Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.). Experience in planning, scheduling, and tracking Oracle EBS upgrades, rollouts, and customizations. Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules (such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.). Familiarity with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud solutions is an advantage. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certifications (such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications). Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Fusion implementation. Experience in specific industries like Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, or Government. Previous experience working with global and remote teams. Trust is Contagious!!
