Position: SAP LMS, Success factor Duration: Long Term Location: 100% Remote Job Description: EXPERTISE AND/OR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE MANDATORY: Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics EXPERTISE AND/OR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE DESIRABLE BUT NOT MANDATORY: SAP Organizational Management (OM) SAP Personnel Administration (PA) THE SCOPE OF THE PROPOSED SERVICES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Provide support for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System; Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results; Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies; Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets; Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management; Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met; Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards; Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices; Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes; Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide application support for agencys workload demands.
