Experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce Development Experience: Proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Service Cloud. Apex Programming: Strong proficiency in Apex, including writing triggers, classes, and test methods. Lightning Experience: Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Declarative Tools: Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. Integration Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and data management tools. Reporting and Dashboards: Ability to create and manage complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. CTI Integration: Experience with CTI systems and integrations is a plus.
