| SAP Cutover Coordinator Location: Remote (with potential travel to Phoenix, Arizona in January, or February) Contract Duration: ASAP until February Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Coordinator to support an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation project focusing on the Quality Management (QM) module for a manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cutover activities, particularly within manufacturing environments, and will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition during the go-live phase. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years in SAP implementations with a focus on cutover coordination. Proven experience in manufacturing environments. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically the Quality Management (QM) module. Familiarity with Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Logistics, and Supply Chain Management modules. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and Manage Cutover Activities: Develop comprehensive cutover plans, schedules, and checklists. Coordinate all cutover tasks to ensure seamless execution. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and cross-functional teams. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams. Quality Management Expertise: Provide knowledgeable input on SAP QM processes. Ensure alignment of cutover activities with quality management requirements. Site/Plant Rollout Experience: Support site or plant rollouts and ensure readiness for go-live. Participate in cutover rehearsals and address any issues. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary. Post-Go-Live Support: Provide support during the stabilization period after go-live.
