Declarative Tools: Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. Integration Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and data management tools. Reporting and Dashboards: Ability to create and manage complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. CTI Integration: Experience with CTI systems and integrations is a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues effectively.
