PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Dynamics CE Functional Consultant will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, adoption, and support of an overall solution. They will ensure that the solution meets the customers needs now and in the future. They will effectively manage their time to participate in planning and implementations utilizing their technical aptitude and will provide additional support to their manager and ultimately, the client. Duties and Responsibilities: Participate and help to drive Dynamics CE implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Serve as subject matter expert with customers and project team members throughout all project phases, effectively contributing to the development of solutions that meets clients needs and requirements. Participate in identifying clients sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings. Facilitate and participate in analysis, design, and configuration sessions. Communicate any issues to project leadership. Develop and continue to refine CE implementation standards and tools. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE projects. Experienced in at least 1/2 full end to end implementation cycles of Dynamics 365. Strong CE industry and product knowledge Proficient in product configuration. Excellent organizational and multi tasking skills, attention to quality, self motivation, and a strong desire to succeed. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
