| Role: Financial Analyst Location: San Jose, CA Summary of Need Accounting support for Cloud leases (FY23 SAB99 with no existing process and projected growth of 20x-100x). Temporary support needed to keep up with manual assessment of leases, preparation of waterfall and SEC disclosures, while we partner with Lease team to intake the workflow into an existing vendor arrangement managing leases at scale (intake expected to take ~9+ months). Accounting support is also required to investigate, document, and implement changes in Cost Center allocation methodologies to comply with GAAP requirements. Skills / Experience Requirements Lease accounting support: Technical Expertise: Good understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting and be able to research and resolve accounting issues Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes for lease assessment, waterfall calculations, manual journal entries, account reconciliations, and SEC disclosures. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
