Interview Process: 1st Round [screening 1-hour] 2nd round [technical panel 1-hour] Job Description: This is not a pure architect role, need developer experience. 60-70% Architect, 30% developer. Looking for a senior person able to guide other developers on questions regarding FileNet. Well-versed in the latest version of FileNet, BAW, ICN, CMF, and other FileNet technologies Should be able to work with teams in India and Chicago - will work in Chicago time, but will help people in India also Helping with upgrades - Experience in migrating FileNet to the cloud will be added preference Should be well versed in Java as the majority of development is in Java Case manager (BAW now), ICN - IBM content navigator Custom development of case manager or FileNet-related tools Work on POC (proof of concepts) from the architect's point of view Job Description and Responsibilities FileNet Architect who will work on development projects and can also provide L3 support for Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications (e.g. IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, Kofax Total Agility). Strong system administration, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to provide direction and technical advice to other team members. Prior extensive experience working with IBM''s Case Manager and BAW products is required. Identify and understand issues and draw conclusions/resolutions. Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent 10+ years of Software Development experience Experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing and project delivery. Experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies. Skills Needed IBM FileNet administration, development and configuration. Extensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records required.
