| Position Title: Siemens TeamCenter Developer Houston TX (Locals _ On Site Interview) Job Summary: The Siemens TeamCenter Developer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of Siemens TeamCenter PLM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of TeamCenter architecture, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a keen interest in engineering and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Development & Customization: Develop and customize TeamCenter workflows, modules, and functionalities to meet business requirements. Implement and configure TeamCenter solutions, including but not limited to BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and RAC customizations. Create and manage TeamCenter integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD tools). System Administration: Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of TeamCenter applications. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within TeamCenter. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve TeamCenter-related issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of TeamCenter. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and Quality Assurance to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement and integrate third-party solutions with TeamCenter. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Siemens TeamCenter and PLM technologies. Recommend and implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Siemens TeamCenter in a development and administration capacity. Proven experience in PLM implementation, customization, and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and/or .NET. Strong knowledge of Siemens TeamCenter architecture, BMIDE, ITK, SOA, RAC, and Active Workspace. Experience with database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server. Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks) and their integration with TeamCenter. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Siemens TeamCenter. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment of PLM solutions in cloud environments.
