| Please mention Visa status and Current location while sharing resume Job Title- ServiceNow Tech Lead Location: St Paul, MN(Onsite-hybrid 2 days in a week) Type: : Long Term Contract Client Note: Need Sr developers who can manage onshore/offshore team Should have experience with implementation of either ServiceNow custom application / snow customer service management (FSO is good to have) Experience : 10-15 years Any 1 ServiceNow certification is a must Job Description: Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow FSO platform Configure ServiceNow FSO Modules, workflows, applications, scripts and integrations Document technical design, development processes and solution configurations Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve scalability Develop ServiceNow FSO configurations, including FSO data model setup, PA enablement, Commercial and Servicing Lines for Insurance workflow development, etc. Build multiple FSO related features including advanced work assignment enablement, configurations around reports, dashboards, etc. Document FSO development, configuration and technical details & prepare training material Lead customer discussions, demos and participate in customer's engineer's configuration reviews Conduct workshops on development showcase and show and tell of developed product Certified System Administrator FSO Certified Your sincerely , Ajay Sharma | Sr. Technical Recruiter.
