[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: GIS Coordination Support Specialist (747945) Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 Duration: 12 Months PLUS Client: NCDIT ***The candidate will primarily work remotely, but will be required to come into the office one day per week (Tuesdays at the time of posting). Additionally, the candidate may be required to come onsite at short notice. It's best that a candidate lives locally. Skill Experience using Esris ArcGIS Desktop suite of applications, including, but not limited to ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro. Strong understanding of how to edit and maintain GIS data in the Esri ArcGIS suite of products. Expertise in data visualization and cartography to help explain patterns and issues and producing static GIS maps for effective communication Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and experience in applying geospatial workflows and solutions, data management and analysis. Exposure to and understanding of the fundamentals of online mapping tools and knowledge of NC OneMap Experience in an SDE versioned multi-user environment is preferred.
