Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional configuration & end to end business process 2. Payroll related Fast Formulas 3. Client & stakeholder management JD The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows Candidates should have prior Oracle HR Cloud implementation and Payroll consulting experience Roles and Responsibilities: - Experience working in HCM Cloud payroll module and Technical tools including end to end Payroll processing - Payroll functional and or technical consultants who has strong knowledge on config extension and payroll related fast formulas - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities - Keen attention to detail - Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality - Identify gaps and develop technical solutions as per requirements - Support clients with the execution of test scripts - Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis Keywords: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno Functional - C2C - Remote [email protected] |
