| Hi Team, Job Title: Senior .NET Developer Location: Remote Experience Level: Senior (12+ years) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET, SharePoint, Excel, and VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and solutions that integrate SharePoint and Excel using VSTO and .NET technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications with a focus on SharePoint and Excel integrations. Build custom SharePoint solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity for end-users. Develop Office-based solutions using VSTO for Excel and other Office applications. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues as they arise. Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Ensure that all development work follows best practices and adheres to security, compliance, and performance standards. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and share knowledge within the development team. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC). 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint (2013, 2016, or SharePoint Online). Strong experience with VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) for Excel and Office-based application development. Hands-on experience with Excel customization and automation. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with SharePoint workflows and Power Automate. Knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
