Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices. Document backup configurations, procedures, and policies. Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff on backup solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in backup technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Backup Engineer or similar role. Expertise in Commvault, Networker, Avamar, and Data Domain. Strong understanding of data protection principles and best practices. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving backup issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Commvault Certified Professional, EMC Proven Professional) are a plus.
