Title: SAP functional analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid (Local Only) Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract Please find attached a new requirement for an SAP functional analyst. Please note that it is a hybrid work schedule, and a preferred location of the Charlotte, NC area. Please send profiles to me for this role. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP solutions and a thorough understanding of business processes to help enhance our systems and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. Configure and implement SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO) according to business needs. Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user manuals. Train end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. Stay updated on SAP releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA or cloud solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Knowledge of data migration and system integration processes.
